Sephora Beauty Advisor part-time position in Northridge, CA. $22.60–$26.00/hr with flexible scheduling (15–29 hrs/week) and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and brand offerings
- Monitor and maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Meet weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Support sales performance and key performance indicators through client relationship building and upselling
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork among staff and clients
