Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
