Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and product attachment.
- Maintain store presentation: support merchandising, inventory replenishment and visual standards to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Champion an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to company policies to create a safe, respectful shopping experience.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum shift/hour requirements for the Flex role.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through products and application techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment and adapts rapidly to new product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/active retail duties for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role. Prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and passion for beauty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, skincare, or beauty certifications are advantageous.
