Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate in-depth product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and emerging trends
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends and product innovations to maintain relevance and client engagement
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators while supporting Sephora's revenue goals
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the retail environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
