Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor in North Bay, ON—full-time retail role delivering personalized consultations and beauty expertise. CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients by demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and sharing relevant beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and maintain current awareness of latest beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide timely and relevant advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising initiatives, and maintain clean, organized retail spaces
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment and foster strong client relationships through excellent communication
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards, policies, and operational procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive setting
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service roles is required but formal beauty industry background is not essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal beauty or cosmetics education is not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
