Sephora in Nonthaburi is hiring a Beauty Advisor — deliver expert consultations, meet sales KPIs and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations, product demonstrations and makeup services to create outstanding customer experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, conversion rates and retail KPIs through consultative selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards within assigned gondolas and zones, complete replenishment and ensure product presentation and cleanliness.
- Adhere to hygiene and product-safety protocols; implement in‑store initiatives such as product trials and gift‑wrapping to enhance conversion.
- Undertake cashier duties following company procedures and CRM policies once certified; ensure accurate transaction handling and fraud prevention.
- Participate in receiving, transferring and inventory processes; monitor expiration dates and apply FIFO to minimise waste.
- Complete required training modules (SEPHORA University and brand/area trainings) and share best practices with colleagues to support team development.
Qualifications
- Thai national
- Minimum secondary school (high school) completion or equivalent
- Service-oriented mindset with strong customer-focus
- Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to complete Sephora training programmes and cashier certification
- Previous experience in beauty retail or cosmetics is advantageous but not mandatory
