Sephora Ningbo is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations, achieve sales targets and manage merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultations and product recommendations in makeup, skincare and fragrance aligned with Sephora service standards.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the shopping experience, following hygiene rules and company procedures.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through active client engagement and product upselling.
  • Adhere to company dress and presentation standards while representing the brand in-store.
  • Complete company-required trainings and assessments; participate in brand and regional training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Prepare and maintain visual merchandising and product displays for the assigned area; restock shelves and ensure tester cleanliness.
  • Operate cashier/POS according to SOPs, apply promotions correctly and follow CRM and cash-handling procedures.
  • Execute receiving, returns and inventory counts; maintain stock accuracy using FIFO and 5S warehouse practices.
  • Comply with all company policies and perform additional duties assigned by store management.
