Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering advice, and helping customers select suitable products.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training programs to maintain product knowledge.
- Prepare product displays in designated areas and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store managers in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week, and eight-hour shifts per day.
