Sephora Canada hiring Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON — hourly CAD$18.20–$21.40, 15–29 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product features, application techniques and trend knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management and store floor standards to maintain a clean, organized and commercially effective environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing context.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and consistent punctuality.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
