Sephora Canada in Niagara-on-the-Lake seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor (hourly CAD 18.20–21.40/hr) for client consultations and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, high-quality advice.
- Drive sales performance and exceed assigned KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory activities and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to Sephora Canada operational standards and policies.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the position’s minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail tasks for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays; meet part-time weekly hour expectations (15–29 hrs/week).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate customer service aptitude and a willingness to learn product ranges.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
