Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, consultative customer service across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness categories to inspire purchases and build long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate and recommend product features and benefits, supporting customer discovery and conversions both at counter and via Sephora’s CRM.
- Deliver personalised clienteling and assist customers to enrol and use the CRM loyalty program to enhance retention.
- Participate in onboarding, in-store training sessions and continuous learning via the Sephora online learning platform and field trainers.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual standards and point-of-sale transactions.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet trading requirements; maintain availability across peak trading times (including late nights and weekends).
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for beauty and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience and build rapport quickly.
- Availability to work key trading periods including late nights and weekend shifts (ideally three full days across peak times).
- Right to work in Australia.

Education
No formal tertiary requirement; tertiary or vocational study in retail, cosmetics or similar is advantageous. High school completion preferred.
