Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and product benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends, launches and merchandising directives to maintain a relevant client offer.
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling, upselling and follow-up.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to ensure an organised, welcoming sales floor.

- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and to work peak hours.
