Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑to‑one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower client purchase decisions.
- Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Foster an inclusive team culture, assist colleagues during peak periods and adhere to company policies for a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment demonstrating strong service delivery and relationship building.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; ability to learn and communicate technical product information clearly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, goal‑oriented team player.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
