Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to individual clients.
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain product expertise and stay current with beauty trends, new launches and application techniques.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant and inclusive shopping environment.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays to cover peak retail hours and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
