Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
  • Stay informed of beauty trends and new product launches to offer current and relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory maintenance, and presentation to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
  • Uphold company standards for safety, loss prevention and customer service; contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred but not required.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge and translate it into client recommendations.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience
