The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, shares product expertise, supports sales goals and store presentation, and contributes to an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience. This is a permanent, part-time hourly role, with a schedule of 15–29 hours per week and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep abreast of beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture in which everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
