Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, innovations, and product launches to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators while maintaining a consultative approach
