Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide contemporary, relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Foster an inclusive team culture and contribute to a positive, collaborative retail environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and consistent shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge and share expertise with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous client-facing retail, hospitality or beauty experience is preferred but the role is suitable for candidates beginning a retail career who demonstrate strong service aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
