Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across make-up, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture while adhering to company policies and ensuring a safe shopping experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements for a part-time schedule.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual and reliable attendance.
