Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and routines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new launches and brand assortments to deliver relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales goals.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organised and inviting.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues and adhere to Sephora policies and standards.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb, retain and share product knowledge.
- Availability to work required weekly hours and peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant beauty or cosmetology certifications are a plus.
