Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
