Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools; educate and empower clients with up-to-date beauty knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, current advice.
- Work flexible hours and reliably cover scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to support peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends with the ability to translate knowledge into recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong emphasis on client service and relationship building.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or makeup certifications are a plus.
