Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and share beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients in their personal beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, innovative products, and techniques to provide relevant and contemporary advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and customer engagement
