Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product application and usage; educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance to build trust and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
- Drive store results by meeting and exceeding sales targets, conversion metrics and other assigned KPIs.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory activities to ensure an organized, inviting sales floor.
- Uphold Sephora’s operational standards and company policies to create a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
- Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.

- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.

- Fast learner with the ability to absorb, retain and share product knowledge.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
