Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Stay current with evolving beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance and key performance indicators through expert consultative selling
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandising support, and cleanliness standards
