Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and education that empower client purchases.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion targets.
- Maintain merchandise standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Cultivate an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service skills preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a drive to educate and inspire clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product information confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certifications are a plus.
