Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Nashville to provide tailored consultations, product recommendations, and expert beauty guidance while supporting sales goals, merchandising, inventory, and an inclusive shopping environment. The role is permanent and scheduled for 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
