Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in the Nashville store. This role emphasizes product expertise, trend awareness, and creating welcoming retail experiences while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards. The position requires availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor and communicate knowledge of emerging beauty products and trends to maintain relevance and client engagement
- Support sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards
- Foster an inclusive team environment and promote Sephora's culture of belonging and empowerment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements with consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence
