Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations to empower their purchasing decisions
- Monitor and communicate the latest beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide relevant, timely advice
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Maintain store presentation through inventory management, merchandising execution, and upkeep of a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment

Qualifications
