Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and applications
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, emerging products, and industry innovations to maintain relevance
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned key performance indicators through expert consultations
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications
