Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients, staying current on new launches and beauty trends.
- Drive sales and achieve individual performance metrics and KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the selling floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora’s operational policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail peak periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and ongoing learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident at initiating conversations and consultations.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets in a collaborative environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and reliably meet scheduled shifts (punctuality and consistent attendance).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and build client rapport is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant cosmetology or beauty certifications are a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
