Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a goal-driven retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Punctual, dependable and able to meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours for part-time scheduling.

Experience
