Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and skincare solutions
- Maintain accurate inventory management and ensure store merchandising displays are organized, visually appealing, and accessible
- Drive sales results by exceeding key performance indicators and building lasting client relationships
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment where all clients and team members feel respected and empowered
