Sephora Narbonne is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor (Conseiller de vente) — CDI 35h in Narbonne, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an earnest ambassador of the Sephora brand: welcome customers, provide personalised consultations and build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services—makeup, skincare and fragrance—tailored to client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Create memorable customer experiences that deliver wellbeing and a sense of exception, converting advice into sales and repeat business.
  • Participate in promotional events, in-store animations and commercial challenges to meet and exceed store KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training and ensure brand merchandising and visual standards are consistently applied.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately and support stock replenishment and basic inventory procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company policies while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in beauty or luxury retail sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer-service orientation, strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with proven ability to convert consultations into purchases, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Flexible and team-focused, able to work retail schedules including events and promotions.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; comfort using POS systems.

Experience
