Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Naples store to deliver exceptional customer experiences whilst contributing to store sales targets. The successful candidate will greet customers, provide personalized beauty consultations, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve commercial objectives within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to achieving store objectives, budget targets, and commercial goals through adaptability and alignment with management strategy
• Support the Store Manager and Beauty Specialists in daily store operations and customer service delivery
• Greet customers and deliver personalized beauty consultations based on individual profiles and preferences
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions and professional product expertise
• Foster a collaborative team environment characterised by trust, open communication, and celebration of collective achievements
• Demonstrate sales drive and service orientation to influence customer decisions and create memorable shopping experiences

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and genuine enthusiasm for self-care and cosmetics
• Natural sales drive and ability to influence and persuade through authentic relationship-building
• Service orientation with intrinsic motivation to create memorable experiences and assist others
• Proven ability to work effectively within team environments and contribute to group success
• Flexibility and openness to learning in fast-paced, dynamic retail settings
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in comparable customer-facing sales roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant is preferred, particularly within dynamic multinational retail environments. Demonstrated success in beauty retail or prestige cosmetics retail is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 23371.18 per annum.
