Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product applications to empower purchasing decisions
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, brands, techniques, and industry trends to deliver relevant and competitive advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by supporting colleagues and promoting a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
- Uphold Sephora standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, meeting all required minimum weekly shifts and demonstrating reliability during peak retail periods
Qualifications
