Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Build strong client relationships and offer personalized consultations.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily operations.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives, adapting to strategic changes.
- Organize and manage the stockroom and handle deliveries.
- Foster a positive team spirit and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant.
- Familiarity with key commerce KPIs.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments is preferred.
