Sephora Naperville is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Naperville, IL — deliver consultative beauty services, trend expertise and drive sales ($19.80–$26/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty services and product recommendations to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive client conversion, follow-up, and solution selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean and visually compelling.
  • Remain current on product launches, beauty techniques and trend movements to provide relevant advice.
  • Support a collaborative and inclusive store environment by participating in team initiatives and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing setting; entry-level candidates with relevant customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
  • A strong passion for beauty, trends, and product learning.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time (15–29 hours/week).
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience
