Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients on product benefits, application techniques, and relevant beauty trends
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed of the latest beauty innovations and industry developments
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators established by leadership
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming
