Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs through clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain store presentation: support merchandising, inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role with a demonstrable record of customer service and relationship-building.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and influence clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stocking and merchandising tasks.
  • Reliable availability to meet the store’s minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule.
