Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare and fragrance, delivering service in line with Sephora’s service philosophy and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow hygiene rules and company procedures while serving customers.
• Meet customers in the company-standard makeup look and uniform.
• Assess customer needs, offer recommendations and help customers select suitable products.
• Understand short- and long-term store sales targets and key KPIs, and achieve them in line with the team plan.
• Complete required foundational training and assessments, and attend brand, regional and in-store training to build product knowledge.
• Share experience with colleagues and support mutual learning and development.
• Understand Sephora’s store career paths and create an individual development plan.
• Prepare displays in the assigned area, replenish shelves promptly, and keep shelves and drawers clean.
• Maintain the assigned area’s visual presentation in line with Sephora standards; monitor tester cleanliness and usage, and report issues to store management.
• Execute quarterly promotional displays.
• Process purchases according to cashiering procedures and standard operating procedures, and correctly apply the company’s gift-with-purchase policy.
• Follow CRM policies and procedures to prevent non-compliance.
• Work with store management to follow cashiering SOPs and safeguard store cash.
• Process goods receipts, returns and inventory counts accurately.
• Apply FIFO and manage products approaching their expiry dates to improve stock accuracy and reduce store losses.
• Follow the stockroom 5S policy and all company policies and rules.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
