Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products tailored to individual customer needs
• Deliver exceptional service experiences aligned with Sephora service standards to maximize customer satisfaction
• Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and company regulations during all service interactions
• Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards according to company guidelines when greeting customers
• Understand and communicate store short-term and long-term sales targets and key performance indicators to the team
• Participate in mandatory foundation training and examinations required by the company
• Complete brand and regional trainer-led product training sessions and attend in-store training organized by management
• Share experiences and insights with store colleagues to support mutual learning and professional development
• Develop an individual career development plan aligned with Sephora's employee advancement pathways
• Prepare product displays in assigned areas and replenish stock on shelves promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves and display drawers
• Ensure visual presentations in assigned areas comply with Sephora merchandising standards
• Monitor sample product cleanliness and usage in assigned areas; report issues to management
• Execute seasonal promotional display initiatives
• Process customer transactions accurately according to standard operating procedures and company policies
• Implement Sephora's promotional and gift-with-purchase policies correctly during checkout
• Follow all CRM protocols and procedures to prevent policy violations
• Ensure store cash security by executing cashiering standard operating procedures in coordination with management
• Execute receiving, returns, and inventory count procedures accurately to maintain stock accuracy
• Apply first-in-first-out principles and manage near-expiry products effectively to minimize store losses
• Implement 5S warehouse organization practices
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties assigned by store management
