Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University and other brand and regional training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
