Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, providing consultation and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
