Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑on‑one consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and objectives.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow‑up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with product launches, beauty techniques and industry trends to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and adhere to Sephora’s policies for a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
