Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs through active selling, follow-up and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and client service.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.

- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
