Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Perform product demonstrations and educate clients to build long-term trust and repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked and visually compelling.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, authoritative advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies that ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable punctuality and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service in a retail, hospitality or other client-facing setting.

  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing.
