Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and gather client feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive sales conversion, basket size, and service uptake through proactive product recommendation and consultation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation in accordance with brand specifications
- Ensure optimal stock availability through efficient inventory replenishment and warehouse management
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Support beauty consultations and in-store service offerings across all departments
- Execute inventory audits on schedule and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of sales floor, displays, and merchandise
- Support merchandising updates, category conversions, and promotional installations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including conversion rate, items per basket, and customer satisfaction scores
