Sephora Munich — Part‑time Beauty Advisor. Deliver expert beauty consultations, support merchandising and provide exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised customer consultations and in‑store beauty services to convert visits into sales and build long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve sales KPIs including conversion rate, items per basket and average basket through active client engagement and service offering.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (cash register), process transactions and ensure accurate till reconciliation.
- Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards and merchandising updates.
- Ensure sales floor availability by replenishing stock, warehousing goods and preparing merchandise for sale.
- Support and deliver short services and beauty classes to educate customers and colleagues.
- Participate in scheduled inventories and support day‑to‑day operational routines and cleanliness of the sales area.
- Contribute to category development and report customer feedback to inform assortment and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Entry‑level candidate with first experience in retail, customer advising or hospitality preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; open, motivating and client‑centric manner.
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively within a team.
- Good knowledge of beauty trends and genuine interest in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
- Fluent in English or the country’s native language (German preferred for Munich role).

Entry‑level: first experience in retail or customer advising is preferred; enthusiasm for beauty and client service is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
