Sephora Canada seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Montreal to deliver expert beauty service and drive customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers enthusiastically and provide courteous, knowledgeable service across all product categories
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Perform makeup applications and beauty consultations in accordance with brand standards
- Educate customers on product benefits and application techniques
- Train and mentor other Beauty Advisors on brand knowledge and product expertise
- Ensure designated team members complete foundational brand training
- Participate in inventory management, stock monitoring, and loss-prevention programs
- Maintain awareness of special events and in-store promotions
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Communicate stock issues and operational concerns to store management
- Support checkout operations and customer care responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and communicate with clarity and concision across all business levels
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and fragrance
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
